CROSS COUNTRY COURSE:
2018 will see Tonimbuk Cross Country course continue to develop as course designer Ewan Kellett and assistant course designer Mick Pineo utilize new land that has been made available to us. As always the course will meet the exacting standards of the FEI for CIC events. The course has a blend of bush and open undulating terrain.

Accepted after close of entries at OC’s discretion. A fees of $20 will apply.

GENERAL CONDITIONS:
Any Rider Falling on Course must present to Medics and horse must go to Vet area.
It is the rider’s responsibility to check eligibility for classes entered. Horses needing to be downgraded due to lack of MERs will be added to the wait list for the new class. No refunds for riders downgraded who do not gain a place. No refund of difference in entry fees will be given.
Interschool entries will be incorporated into EA classes and riders and horses must have correct EA membership. Riders must wear clothing as per EA regulations.
Dogs must be on a leash AT ALL TIMES AND ARE NOT PERMITTED IN THE INDOOR SCHOOLS AT ANY TIME. Dogs found off leashes will be caught and impounded. A fee of $50 will be charged for their release

INSPECTION OF X-COUNTRY:
Approximately 12.00 noon Saturday 10th March 2018
STABLING:
Limited stabling and covered yards are available – stables $75 for the weekend, covered yards $65 for the weekend. Both can only be booked for 2 nights unless arranged otherwise with OC.
Riders must provide own bedding. See website for details. Straw is NOT allowed
CAMPING:
Is allowed at the venue at a cost of $30 for the weekend, includes use of owner provided portable yards. Power is available at a cost of $10 for the duration of the event. BYO extension leads. Double adaptors and/or power boards must NOT be used and will be removed and confiscated if found.
PASSES FOR STABLES, YARDS AND CAMPING ARE AVAILABLE VIA NOMINATE AND WILL BE CHECKED AT THE VENUE

PRESENTATIONS:
Unmounted with winning horse for FEI and Pre Novice classes in hand. Prizes and sashes will not be posted.
COURSE CLOSURE:
Not Open For Schooling
REFUNDS:
Prior to close of entries:Refund less $10 administration fee per horse withdrawn.
After close of entries only stable, yard and camping fees will be refunded. If the place can be filled from the wait list, refund of entry less $10 administration fee. Eventing Levy will NOT be refunded.
Riders on the wait list who do not get a place (except for riders needing to be downgraded due to insufficient MERs) will receive a full refund of all fees.

NOTE: All owners and competitors are personally responsible for damages to third parties caused by themselves, their employees, their agents or their horses. They are therefore strongly advised to take out a third-party insurance providing full coverage for participation in equestrian events at home and abroad and to keep policy up to date.
