CONDITIONS OF ENTRY
Entering this competition constitutes acknowledgement that PCAV rules apply and acceptance of these rules.

This event will comply with the PCAV EI and Biosecurity guidelines, which are current at time of event.

Correct ‘standards’ numbered helmet must be worn as specified in PCAV Gear Rules. Spot checks may occur and incorrect helmet will mean elimination.

Medical armbands must ne worn by all competitors (applies to PC and Open Sections)

The organizing committee reserves the right to cancel any class or competition; divide any class, alter times; refuse entry with or without stating the reason.

Competitors must have a gear check 20 minutes prior to riding each phase.

Membership cards must be presented for inspection and comply with the requirements of the PCAV. No refunds after closing date except with vet or medical certificate. An admin fee of $10 will be
deducted.

Neither the organising committee of this competition nor the PCAV accepts any responsibility whatsoever for any accident, damage, injury or illness to horses, riders, ground spectators or any other person or property.

Queries, protests, horse abuse rules as per the PCAV Handbook of By-Laws. Dogs are prohibited without exception.

Horses must be at least 4 years old, no stallions, colts or rigs. PCAV Alcohol Policy applies.

Lunging is not permitted at this competition.

No equal placing in combined training, count back system in place as per PCAV Rules

Open riders must complete a Day Participant Liability Declaration and Waiver Form & $10 per day attendance fee must also be paid unless the competitor is a member of EV/EA, AHS, SHCA, AERA or

HRCAV
Riders are to provide their own bridle or saddle blanket numbers
