SMZ 2017 Events

JB & Tooradin Estate Horse Trials
I have had a request from SMZ to notify them of our 4 volunteers for Tooradin Horse Trials… I have sent out previous correspondence about this just recently. It is a requirement that we provide help for working bee which was last weekend – thank you to our president Jonno Lloyd who went down to the working bee.

We need members form our club to help at the following: THIS IS A SMZ CLUB REQUIREMENT – WE HAVE TO SEND HELPERS.

XC SET UP ON SATURDAY 18TH MARCH – just for a couple of hours on Saturday morning to put the finishing touches on set up for xc.
WHO CAN PLEASE HELP??? If you haven’t done this before, do not volunteer just because you don’t know what to do….. there are instructions and people to offer guidance when you are down there.

TOORADIN HORSE TRIALS ON SUNDAY 19th MARCH
The only 2 families that I know of that are competing are the Wilson family and Lloyd family.
From these families there is only Nicki Wilson and Kelly Lloyd who can help but they still have to be available to help their girls. Jonno Lloyd will be there also but he will have official SMZ duties (being SMZ Vice President).
Trish Clifford and Lili have kindly offered to come down to help – thank you Trish and Lili

We are XC helpers – Balnarring PC are organising the XC duties. We have to supply 3x helpers + judges for 1x XC jump (all grades)
