Conditions of Entry
Entering this competition constitutes acknowledgement that the PCAV gear rules apply, and acceptance of these rules.

Dogs are prohibited without exception. Lungeing not permitted Games rules as per IMGA available at http://www.mounted-games.org/imga/games/rules/index.html

2016 rule book, all other rules, including gear, as per PCAV.

Rider may ride in multiple sections, no horse can be used in more than one section. Each pair must have one assistant who will be required to assist with equipment.

The organizing committee reserves the right to cancel or divide any class or competition, alter times, refuse entry with or without stating the reason. PCAV Alcohol policy applies.

Pony Club member cards must be inspected at the secretary’s office before riding. Gear Check will commence at 8am, all riders must be gear checked. Games commence at 9am.

Open Riders- must fill in a Liability Declaration form before riding, $10 Day participation fee unless you are a financial member of AMGA, EV/ EA, AHS, SHCA, AERA; an Interstate Pony Club; or can prove personal liability cover of at least $10,000,000. $10 liability cover is for the duration of this event only. PCAV Insurance policy states anyone not following PCAV rules may be left uninsured.

All riders to wear complying helmets. Elimination will apply for incorrect helmet standards. Spot checks may occur.

Queries, protests, horse abuse rules per PCAV Handbook of By- Laws. Horses must be at least 4 years old, no stallions, colts, rigs. A horse may only be ridden by one rider. Neither the organizing committee of this competition, nor PCAV accepts any responsibility whatsoever for any accident, damage, injury or illness to horses, riders, ground spectators or any other person on the property. No plaiting, whips or spurs. Snaffle bit only; running martingales only. Under mounting is not accepted.

 No Refunds after closing date except with Vet or Medical Certificate.

An Administration fee of $5 will occur.
