To be held at Dingley Pony Club Grounds cnr Thompsons Road and Learmonth Road Patterson Lakes
Cost: $20 Per rider
Canteen will be available for breakfast and lunch
Clinic Details: Riders will have a flat, a cross country, a show jumping session focusing on rules and gear check for parents and riders. Riders must be able to ride OFF LEAD in all disciplines.

RULES & CONDITIONS OF ENTRY (Entry is conditional upon acceptance of these)
1. The clinic will be run under PCAV rules & entering this clinic constitutes your acceptance of these rules (Horses must be at least 4 years old, no stallions, colts or rigs)
2. This clinic would be suitable to any PCAV grade 5 and below independent beginner riders. Riders MUST be able to ride OFF LEAD in all disciplines. Groups will be set based on the PCAV Horse Trial XC guidelines, these being: Grade 5 Max Height 0.5m
3. Lunging is NOT permitted.
5. PCAV Alcohol Policy applies.
6. Parent / Guardian of under 18 year old riders MUST be in attendance for the entire clinic.
7. No refunds after closing date except with vet or medical certificate (less admin fee of $10).
8. Medical armbands must be worn during this clinic.
9. Gear check will be conducted before each phase. Helmets must be worn and comply with current PCAV rules. Spot checks may occur. Non-compliance means no ride.
10. Dogs are prohibited without exception.
11. The organising committee reserves the right to cancel the clinic and refuse any entry with or without stating the reason.
12. Neither the organising committee of this clinic nor the PCAV accepts any responsibility whatsoever for any accident, damage, injury or illness to horses, riders, ground spectators or any other person or property. Biosecurity Guidelines – I have read & understand the PCAV Biosecurity Guidelines as shown on
www.ponyclubvic.org.au website and I will act in accordance with these guidelines, refund policy as rule/condition of entry.
